Doodle Card

Today I'm sharing a card that is very different than any other card I've made before. I did a little doodling. I'm really not sure what I did qualifies as doodling, but when I put my pen to some watercolor paper the design just started flowing.
I started with a single wavy line, then added everything else from there. It was interesting to make, but not sure that I'll do a lot of it. I'd have to say my mind was doing some thinking and praying because I couldn't sleep, so I was "doodling" and hoping I would start to get drowsy.
I was going to use my Stampin' Up! inks to watercolor this, but already had my DaVinci watercolors open on my desk so I used them instead.
This is our prompt for this week's card. Make sure you check out what all of the other designers created HERE and if you get a chance to play along we'd love to see what you create!
You can also join the DTC Challenge #200 HERE.
Thanks for looking and have a great day!
Sara

  1. Oh my... hope the doodling wasn't what kept you awake... love all the designs you gave it and then the add of such bright colors on top of the doodling. Doodle on and but don't forget to share your card with our sister challenge, DTC's 3-2-1 recipe ingredients and earn several chances to our random draw.

  3. Sara, what a wonderful creative card! I used to doodle like this when I was sitting during boring lectures in college, so my mind's eye immediately turned to envisioning you doing your doodles. Thank you so much for sharing your creativity and card with us at both TSOT and Double Trouble for our doodle challenges!!! -Donna
