Because I Care

These are a couple of cards that I put together because of a mistake I made when running my paper through the Big Shot.  Because I didn't place my paper correctly on the texture plate the design didn't cover the whole paper (unless you click on the picture to make it bigger you might not be able to see the embossing), but because it ended early I was able to stamp on the bottom of it and create two beautiful cards.  I love how mistakes can be salvaged!

Valentine Card

Yes, it's that time of year ~ Valentine's Day will soon be here!  With my next workshop coming up one of the cards requested was a Valentine's Day card, so this is the sample I came up with.  We'll see if I use this card or come up with another idea or two.  As always, I want to give credit where credit is due, so thank you to Amy Smith for this idea.

Autumn Days

I made today's card from the Stamping 411 Sketch Challenge (which I didn't get done in time to enter) , my daughter's challenge to use the color Night of Navy (because she really likes it) and I needed a masculine card to send out...so this is what I came up with.

Butterfly Pansy

This is a 3x3 card I did for my sister's stamp a stack last Friday.  Yup, another retired set, but this was just for fun...and I loved coming up with new ideas for my older sets.
