Lakeside ~ A Fun Stampers Journey Card

Well it's time I share another card with you, but I have to admit I hate typing up blog posts.  Does anyone else feel that way about writing?  It's just not my thing, but I want to share a few cards with you in the next week or so that I created for the first round when I was trying out for the creative team. :)
Yes, it's another Lakeside stamp set card.  I couldn't resist using it again since it's one of my favorite stamp sets in the new catalog!
I once again did the sponging technique, but on my last Lakeside card I dragged the ink across my card stock.  This time it was all dabbing (and that's a bit more time consuming).  I love this effect the most though because the colors gradually change and blend into each other.  If you want to know I how do that technique check out an old video that I made HERE.  This is using grays and black, but the same concept applies when using color.
Don't have all of these ink pads?  No problem!  FSJ is having a sales on all ink pads (and solid paper) for the month of September!  Check out the list below.  If you don't have a catalog there is one right to the right. :)  Keep scrolling down because I have more pics below all the sales!
