Winter Woods ~ A Stampin' Up! Card

Today's card is inspired by Try Stampin' on Tuesday's sketch challenge #432.
For some reason this challenge was a little harder for me than normal.  One thing is for sure though...if it has a circle on it most of the time I make that circle into a moon.  Today's card is no exception and of course I rotated the card too!
The theme with today's sketch is pattern mixing.  I don't buy any type of patterned paper, so that wasn't an option for me.  Instead I added a hint of watercolor to make my card.
Here is the sketch I (loosely) followed and rotated...
Make sure you check out what the other designers created using this sketch HERE.  If you get a chance to play along we'd love to see what you create!

Thanks for looking and have a great day!

  1. I like the watercolor wash on the background of your images. Did you mount the watercolor paper onto Whisper White card stock and then onto the Balmy Blue? I also like how you used the Well Written words on here. I may have to CASE this beautiful card. I do follow your blog so I will give you credit if I do CASE it and post it. Thanks for Sharing!
