Today I shared a couple of specials with you in an earlier post and now I'm sharing my card that was inspired by Try Stampin' or Not on Tuesday sketch challenge #333. :)
Today's card is using one of the new stamps from the Journey Holiday Mini called Hello Fall. Nope, I'm not ready for fall AT ALL and I'm so glad we still have the month of August to enjoy summer! I do love making fall cards though (even though today's optional theme is Dog Days of Summer).

Thanks for looking and have a great day!

The background leaves look kind of yellow, but they are actually stamped using Journey True Color Fusion Gold Ink. I stamped the leaves using a mix of Olive Green and Fresh Forest and lightly stamped gold over them. I stamped the acorn in with Hazelnut Blend and also lightly stamped gold over it. I did fussy cut the leaves and acorn even though I have dies. They just looked better on this card cut out. :) I finished out my card using Journey Thread Gold and Fashion Gold pieces.
Here is the sketch from Try Stampin' on Tuesday. Make sure you check out what all the other designers created HERE. If you get a chance to play along we'd love to see what you create!
Butter Cream
Lemon Grass
Green Olive
Fresh Forest
Hazelnut Blend
Thanks for looking and have a great day!
