Emboss Resist Snowflake Soiree

Today's card is one of my December stamp a stack cards.  I love the three blues combined using the emboss resist technique.  It's kind of hard to see in the pic, but I also spritzed it with shimmer paint.  A lot of my cards have the sparkle of shimmer paint spritzed on them.  :)  It's kind of funny because when it comes to clothes I'm very low key, but my cards are another story...make 'em sparkle! lol

Thanks for looking and have a great day!

  2. Sara,

Your cards are works of art!

One request--I was wondering if you might consider picking a darker font color for the text of your blog; the light blue doesn't contrast well with the white background. I have "older eyes" which are having a difficult time reading it. If you want to stick with a shade of blue, the darker blue font that you use in the side columns of your webpage is easier to read. Thanks. Roxanne

    1. Thanks, Roxanne!

Just want you to know I've been working on your request, but can NOT figure out how to change my text font color...err!! I've looked through everything and found where I can change almost everything but that. I'm starting to think that it's based on my background color. I've been wanting to update my header, so when I do that my background will change...and let's hope my font color too. I do have all my blog posts on my Stampin' Up! blog here...http://www.stampinup.net/esuite/home/sarahoogendoorn/blog. That is a gray font against a white background, but because they post automatically I can't change the font size and it's a bit smaller. :( I just can't win right now! lol
Thanks for letting me know, and I'll keep working on it. Have a great day!
