Here's a 3x3 card I made for my daughter to give to her friend who loves hippos. I got my idea from LeeAnne Greff and added the hat for a Christmas theme.
Card stock: Whisper White, Pretty in Pink, Basic Gray, Cherry Cobbler and Basic Black
