Wildflowers in Watercolor

Today's card was inspired by Watercolor Wednesday from Splitcoaststampers. I've been doing a lot of watercolor lately and thought I'd start a journal of my paintings when I do the Watercolor Wednesday Challenge.
The only problem with doing it in a journal is I noticed everyone else had made a card! So I got busy and painted it a second time to put it on a card. I'll show the card and journal together at the end of my post.
I decided to leave the sentiment off for now. When I use the card I'll add the sentiment that I need to finish it.
Even thought I used DaVinci watercolors and not Stampin' Up! inks the colors I used are pretty close to what Stampin' Up! has. I'll have to make sure I do some cards with Stampin' Up! inks too because they also work great for watercolor on cards.
Below is the pic I promised earlier in the post so you could see both paintings. I really like the one I put on the card better, but I had already painted it once and had a better idea of what I was doing the second time around!
Thanks for looking and have a great day!
Sara
