Fresh Forest ~ A Fun Stampers Journey Card

Today I want to share a masculine card with you that has a bit of sponging on it.
I made this card for my brother-in-law's birthday. :)
I did a bit of masking (for sponging) and stamped the trees using Fresh Forest ink.  To get them a little lighter in the back I inked up the stamp still using Fresh Forest ink, but stamped off on scrap paper first before I stamped it onto my card stock.  After I had my trees stamped I cut out a circle to mask the moon.  And of course used Fresh Forest ink to sponge my hills and sky.  I decided to add in some Blue Lagoon ink because I just wasn't sold on an all green card.  That spruced it up quite a bit.  Then all I had to do was add the sentiment and add a couple of layers.  I think I could easily make this into a Christmas card too...maybe change up the colors and see where it takes me.
Butter Cream
Kiwi Slice
Fresh Forest
Blue Lagoon
Black Licorice

Thanks for looking and have a great day!
