Birthday Bunch

Some of you might remember Stampin' Up came out with a project I posted about a couple of weeks ago the Bloomin' Bouquet Project Kit.  At my upline's last demo meeting we put the set together.  They weren't too difficult to make, so I thought I'd make a couple of my own kind.  I grabbed the Mixed Bunch set and came up with these flowers.  I made it into a b-day card for my sister-in-law. :)  I used the Mojo Monday #293 sketch challenge for the design, and the Paper Players color challenge #145 for the colors.  I must say, I thought it was hard to get good pics when I use shimmer paint, but the heat and stick powder with dazzling diamonds is worse!

Thanks for looking and have a great day!

  1. Sara, I couldn't agree more with you on the difficulty of taking photos with dazzling diamonds, but I bet these flowers look fabulous in real life! I love the way you layered the flowers and leaves, they really do make such a great impact. So glad you joined the Paper Players this week and thank you for rocking my challenge.

  2. Love the layers on these flowers! I bet the dazzling diamonds really pop in person - always hard to catch those in a photo. Great way to combine both challenges. Thanks for playing along with The Paper Players this week.
