Today's card is a slimline card that was inspired by sketch #668 over on Try a Sketch on Tuesday.
I thought it was a quick and simple card to create! I stamped the image with Black Memento ink because I thought I was going to use my Stampin' Blend markers, but ended up using watercolor pencils instead. Thankfully the ink was dry when I added water to what I colored. I've had the black mix in with my colors in the past and it didn't turn out well!
I didn't like the plain white background, so I added the Plaster Painting 3D embossing folder to give it some texture. I popped up the image and sentiment with dimensionals and added a few Iridescent Pearls to finish the card off. This is the sketch we used to create our cards this week. Make sure you check out all of the other designers creation HERE. If you get a chance to play along we'd love to see what you create!
Thanks for looking and have a great day!
