Hello, Baby

Happy Friday!  Today I have another fun card for you from the Friday Mashup challenge.  This week's challenge is from Lisa, so let's take a look...

Create a Project using "Animals".
Create a "Shaker card" project.
or Mash it up! and create a "Shaker Card with an Animal".

I decided to make a small baby card for a friend's daughter's baby shower and used all retired stamps for it! lol  I love the set Fox and Friends from Stampin' Up! and just can't get rid of it because it makes such cute baby cards, just wish the pic turned out better.  I'm sure some of you have a few sets out there that you just don't want to get rid of too. :)

If you've never made a shaker card here's you chance.  It's not too hard to do and the results are so cute! :)  Make sure you head over to the Friday Mashup HERE to get some inspiration from the design team and play along too.

Thanks for looking and have a great day!

Hi, Everyone. I have a group of cards for you today....Christmas cards using a new set from the Stampin' Up! Holiday Catalog!  Lots of great sets and accessories in the new catalog! :)  Speaking of Christmas cards means there's another challenge over at 'Tis the Season and it's a color challenge.  Love the colors that we had to work with this time...black, turquoise and silver.

Make sure you head over to the 'Tis the Season challenge HERE to check out what the designers have to show you this week and to play along too.  Remember Christmas is coming so if you want to make some cards now is the time! :)

With Sympathy

I almost forgot to post today's card!  I love the sketch from this week's challenge at Try Stampin' on Tuesday.  At first I was going to emboss something on my card, but then decided I wanted to use this card at this month's stamp a stacks so I went with black instead.  Since I really need some sympathy cards I decided to go with that sentiment, but you could really use a lot of different stamps using the set Teeny Tiny Wishes. :)

Make sure you visit Try Stampin' on Tuesday's blog HERE to see the great cards the other designers made and to play along too. :)

Just a touch of something on the inside. :)

Thanks for looking and have a great day!

Bokeh Thanks

Wow, what a fun mashup challenge Holly has for us this week at the Friday Mashup!  It took a little thought and a couple of tries, but I think I ended up with a pretty cool card.  Here's Holly's mashup challenge...

Create a project with the "Bokeh Technique".  Link to technique here.
Create a project with "Die Cuts".
or Mash it Up! and create a "Bokeh project using a Die Cut".

Make sure you visit the Friday Mashup HERE to check out all the cards everyone made.  I have to say I love how they all turned out!

We'd all love to see what you create for mashup #174!

Thanks for looking and have a great day!

Bloom with Hope ~ Anniversary

Today I have an anniversary card for you that I made while I was on vacation for the weekend.  Yup, I packed up some of my stamping stuff and made cards all weekend.  It was kind of nice to be ahead for once, but I know it won't last long! I thought this week's sketch challenge from Try Stampin' on Tuesday would work well for an anniversary card so I got busy and created this.  I like how it turned out. :)

Make sure you head on over to Try Stampin' on Tuesday's blog HERE and check out all the other great cards using this sketch. If you get a chance show us what you can create too.

I had to take a few pics of the flowers up close.  Like I said I only packed some of my stuff and one of them was not my blendabilities in Cherry Cobbler.  No problem...just emboss the flowers then sponge the color on. :)

Thanks for looking and have a great day!
