Pleasant Poppies

Happy New Year!  Wow, it's 2013 already!  Last year certainly seemed to fly by.  Guess time flies when you're having fun, right?  And I sure think making cards is fun...well, most of the time I do. :)  Today's card shows a few goodies from the Spring Catalog.  I've had them for about a week and had an idea going through my head, but I needed to do some real work before I could play. lol  I wanted to use the new embossing folder, framelits and ribbon.  Plus I haven't used my Pleasant Poppies set yet and thought this would be the perfect time to dig it out.  Definitely a spring card, but I needed a few flowers to come out for a while since it's the only place I'll see them for a few months.

Thanks for looking and have a great day!

  1. How crazy is this...I recently inked up my honeycomb EF with Pink too for a different card but didn't end up liking it so now here it sits in that lucky leftover pile and you came up with a great use!
